What types of buildings do you buy?
ImmoMulti specializes in plexes (duplex, triplex, quadruplex) and small multi-unit buildings (5 to 30 units) on the North Shore of Montreal, Québec. We also buy buildings that need renovations or are in special situations (estate, divorce, retirement).
Do you pay the broker fees?
ImmoMulti buys directly, without a broker, which eliminates commissions (generally 3–5% of the sale price). If you've already signed a mandate with a broker, contact us anyway — we can sometimes work in collaboration.
What does the buying process look like?
1. You contact us (form above or email). 2. We discuss your building and your situation in 15–20 min. 3. We send you a proposal within 48h. 4. If you accept, we arrange the inspection and financing. 5. Closing can take place in 30 to 90 days depending on your schedule.
